Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. EarnedStars is designed to follow Google’s review policies and FTC guidelines. Every customer receives the same message and the same review links — no filtering, no routing by sentiment, no blocking. Low-rated customers also get a direct line to the owner for service recovery, but they always receive the public review link too. This is the opposite of “review gating,” which violates Google’s policies.
Which review platforms does it work with?
